How do I purchase tickets for an activity or tour?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

Cancellation policy

Cancel on the day of tour no refund.

Cancel within a week but more than 24 hours before the day of tour.
50% refund less off handling charges*

Cancel a week before the day of tour.
100% refund less off handling charges*

* Handling charges – As we are utilising third-party provider to facilitate credit card transaction which they are charging 5% services fee upon payment made.

What payment methods do you accept?

Right now we only accept credit cards from major bank provider. Please note that some activities or tours may require full payment at the time of booking, while others may allow you to pay a deposit and the remaining balance on the day of the activity.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we offer group discounts for many of our activities and tours. The discount amount and minimum group size vary depending on the activity or tour, so please check the product page for more information.

What should I bring with me on the day of the activity or tour?

The items you need to bring with you will depend on the activity or tour you have booked. In general, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear, bringing a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities, and carrying a small bag or backpack to hold any necessary items (such as a water bottle or camera).
